CzechAdvisors
Having lived abroad ourselves, we understand how difficult it can be to navigate the local property market and mortgage process in a foreign country. As licensed financial advisors, we found that very few firms in the Czech Republic provide reliable, transparent support with mortgages and real estate purchases for expats — and almost none specialize in guiding foreigners through the full buying process. This gap inspired us to create CzechAdvisors: a company offering expert mortgage consulting and property advisory services for expats in Prague and across Czechia. The kind of help we would want if we were buying a home or investing abroad.
